Help me find Windows mobile 2003 upgrade for Ipaq

Hi,
      Please can someone help me find the WM 2003 upgrade for this Ipaq 3975. Its obsolete now and its now impossible to find any software upgrades. I dont know why when its so old they cant just be made public domain. Thing is without the upgrade to my Ipaq I cannot use things like the wi-fi cards etc that I have bought for it. The name of the upgrade file is "WWE_H3950_BTa.exe" So please can someone help?
