no... Facebook felt strange. This might be a bit different, but considering the last 30 days, it's a relief.

That's been heavy on my mind... church was such a beloved place for me when I was her age that it pains me to hear how much she hated going to a church.

The way they do it is the kids stay in for worship and singing and then go to children's church at sermon time. She likes children's church and hates the stay with adults and be relitively quiet part- especially during prayer where you are expected to be still and quiet with eyes closed and respectful.
She seems to like the wed night thing for the most part.

That's good that there are a couple things she likes now, after all. 😉
Sounds like things are settling down some, huh? ☺

Yeah... The people sitting next to us moved because Alors wouldn't stop making noises, bouncing her chair, etc...
I don't know what to do... Spank her? Leave early?
I've tried time out after church or bribes (candy if you sit still and quiet), things to do like coloring and small toys...
She has trouble in school and movie theaters too.
I don't know what to do.

So it sounds like it is not a church thing but something else. While I am a former teacher, I was never Elementary Ed to have to research into how to deal with a fidgety child. Does her teacher or school have any wisdom?
