Ok, made some changes to bring back the light background/dark text at least for the message threads.

The charcoal with the black text below is easy for me to read. I can still read the light blue text, but not quite as well.

Ok, made some changes to bring back the light background/dark text at least for the message threads. (maybe just a bit less than white, as in really faded out blue??? Also whatever is below STATISTICS in the charcoal, written in some black, some light blue, is lost. No idea what that all says. Was more readable. But I suppose many/most are on PC & so color's no problem in bigger-sized print. See that same color combo in charcoal bkgd is below this post when at bottom of thread. (says??? 😝😊) Thanks for the feedback. I made a few tweaks: - Darkened the two white background colors.
- Changed the "Links" font color so it is easier to read on both light and dark backgrounds.
- Changed the footer Links color to make it easier to read.

We see the change. Thanks.
However, if that PINK were a bit LIGHTER on the nice darker blue, it would not be so much a strain as the still rather dark on dark is.
Maybe try that???

I miss the "view first unread" button. Can that be added? The other thing is at the last post, there was a button to take you back to the top...

Apparently there's BLUE ON BLUE in some places. Tho't I'd check for new joiners, & this is what the members list looks like. TOTALLY BLANK, but for times last posted on the right!!
(need to add screen shot! Do you need to use DESKTOP for that???)

Whoa!! NOT just members page.
THREAD HEADINGS = BLANK, TOO!
*Must* be some "Oops!!" blue-on-blue thing going on somewhere!
Thanks for noting this, Kevin. 😊

Thank you for your responses. It looks like the light background is preferred. I have tried to combine the original them for the board lists with the light background for the Posts. It is still a work in progress as the pages share some of the same style settings. The main outstanding issues are: - Some of the links are not visible because the color blends into the background.
- The mobile version of the site does not follow the same settings as the desktop causing many links not visible. There are two workarounds for the mobile site:
- Select the Desktop version option at the bottom of the page when on a mobile device.
- Install the Tapatalk mobile app.
I will continue to make tweaks as time allows. Your feedback is always appreciated.

(1) Desktop loads it up (memory-wise)apparently & moving around then even is a pain (as in "gets stuck").
(2) Tapatslk only made for iPhone & Android.
(3) Looks like Windows phone gets more or less left behind.
(4) 😢 🎻 🎶 🎻 😢

We now see a similar look on booth the Board Lists and the Posts. It has cleared up the mobile site as well.

Thank you.
How I got my Windows phone: When first trying a smart phone, it was an Android & had problems. (no, not the user).
Anyway, tech support accessed it remotely, said it sure enough did have problems, after navigating around it remotely. They sent another; same thing. By then I was not up to trying a third Android! Having liked Nokia non-smart ones for years (smartest calendar ever, & "smart" ones often are not), tho't it made sense to try Windows from Microsoft. After all, they took over Nokia, didn't they?
Uhhh, yeah, they sure did; they took over Nokia & messed it up!! So, I'm bearing with, rather than loving at all, my Windows phone. Perhaps it was the model(??)/brand(LG) ~~ couldn't go expensive ~~ that was the problem. Don't know.
